We have created our own version of "cold" chili pepper infused Hot Honey. Using dried spicy chili peppers, we have infused them for weeks in our raw wildflower honey with fantastic results. By not heating the honey we are able to maintain all the enzymes and nutrients in raw honey. The infusing process takes longer, but is worth it!
First you get the sweet taste of the honey, then the mild spicy heat hits!
